Export packaging of pipelines for road transport

Design and construction of the platform and preparation of the load

Based on the dimensions and specifics of the pipelines, a sturdy wooden platform was designed and constructed to provide stable support and facilitate safe load placement. The pipelines were then wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them from mechanical damage.

Shrink-wrapping and fastening

The whole thing was tightly packed in shrink wrap, which protected the pipework from moisture, dust and dirt. The cargo, including the platform, was securely fastened to the ground with Cordlash straps, which prevented shifting during transport.

Transport labelling

Finally, the required transport markings were printed on the packaging, facilitating identification and safe handling of the pipelines at each stage of the logistics.
