Packaging of gas panel and lances for sea transport

In this order, we took care of the packaging of the gas panel and the lances. These items were to be prepared for sea transport. The scope of the work we carried out included:

We started by carefully protecting the gas panel itself and the lances using bubble wrap and VCI. The VCI film effectively protects against corrosion during shipping. The bubble wrap, provides protection against minor mechanical damage.

The next step was to prepare a solid wooden bed on a specially constructed pallet. We placed the previously secured lances on this bed and fixed them so that they would not move during transport.

Finally, we made a wooden transport crate, individually designed for the size and shape of the items to be protected. The crate was made of solid wood, guaranteeing adequate strength and tightness.

Thanks to comprehensive protection with protective films, a wooden bed and a sturdy transport box, the gas panel and lances have been professionally prepared for safe sea transport. We have maintained the highest packaging standards, tailoring methods to the specific requirements of these components.
