We are proud to announce that DANPOL Sp. z o.o. has completed a project co-financed by the Social Insurance Fund as part of the accident prevention programme.
The project is co-financed by the Social Insurance Fund.
Type of scheme: ‘Subsidy scheme for contribution payers as part of accident prevention’.
Project Title: ‘Reducing the negative impact of workplace factors on employees involved in the work process’.
Amount of funding: PLN 270,725.00 (two hundred and seventy thousand seven hundred and twenty-five zlotys, 00/100).
Total value of the Project: 338,407.00 PLN (three hundred and thirty-eight thousand four hundred and seven zlotys, 00/100).
The aim of the Project is to reduce workers’ exposure to wood dust at the transport systems fitter workstation to an acceptable level, to minimise the risk of fire arising from the accumulation of wood dust and sawdust, and to reduce the strain on the musculoskeletalresulting from manual handling tasks. As part of the Project, the Applicant is carrying out investment measures comprising the purchase and installation of a specialised filtration and ventilation system, as well as the purchase of a lift truck, as well as consultancy work involving the conduct of an occupational risk assessment using the Risk Score method and the measurement of musculoskeletal strain using the OWAS method for the role of transport system fitter.
