Packaging of the tank for road transport
We were awarded a contract for the complex securing of a tank for road transport. The execution of this project required us to use specialised packaging and load securing methods.

We started by carefully packaging the tank itself with a layer of protective bubble wrap, providing excellent protection against mechanical damage. We then protected it with a special VCI film to protect the metal from corrosion.
The container prepared in this way was additionally wrapped in shrink film which, when heated, conformed exactly to its shape, creating a tight and compact weatherproof package.
We secured the tank to the transport platform with heavy-duty Cordlash straps, preventing it from moving during road transport. In addition, we used struts and restraints, immobilising the entire load.
Thanks to such comprehensive protection, the tank will arrive safely at its destination, ready for further use by the customer. We have met all of the Principal’s requirements, guaranteeing the highest level of cargo security during road transport.
