Export packaging of a mini paintball tank

We carried out a comprehensive packing service for the export mini paintball tank, using a precise security sequence to guarantee safe international transport of this specialist vehicle.

Scope of service provided:

  • Positioning the mini-tank on the transport platform
  • Cargo securing with Cordlash straps
  • VCI corrosion protection film
  • Construction of a dedicated IPPC-certified wooden transport box
  • Preparation of multimodal documentation
  • Transport to the Customs Agency in Gdynia

Description of the implementation of the order:

We began the securing process by precisely seating the mini tank on a specially prepared transport platform. This crucial first step provided a stable base for the entire structure and enabled the weight of the vehicle to be properly distributed.

We then proceeded to secure the vehicle using high-quality Cordlash straps. These specialised tensioning straps, characterised by exceptional strength, were strategically placed to completely immobilise the mini tank and prevent any movement during transport, even in difficult road or sea conditions.

The next step was to thoroughly protect the vehicle with a VCI anti-corrosion film. This specialised film with volatile corrosion inhibitors creates a protective barrier that effectively prevents oxidation of metal components during prolonged international transport.

After securing the vehicle itself, we proceeded with the final stage of export packaging, the construction of a dedicated IPPC transport crate. We clad the remaining walls of the crate, creating a complete package measuring 2450x1400x1450 mm. The crate, which weighs 312 kg, was made of certified wood that meets international IPPC phytosanitary standards, which is essential when exporting outside the European Union.

The final stage was the preparation of full transport documentation, including a multimodal declaration, and the labelling of the crate in accordance with international regulations. We then organised the transport of the packed crate to the Customs Agency in Gdynia, where it was forwarded for further export clearance.
