Packaging of SCM M2 table-top multi-saw for transport

In this order, we took care of the packing for transport of the SCM M2 machine, a multi-table saw. The scope of work we carried out included:

Description of the implementation of the order:

We started by placing the SCM M2 machine itself on a solid wooden platform. We then secured it against movement with conveyor belts and spacers.

Inside the packaging, we have included moisture absorbers to keep the machine dry and protect it from the damaging effects of moisture during transport.

In the next step, we wrapped the entire machine in VCI film, providing protection against corrosion. For additional protection, we also used bubble wrap to absorb any shocks and impacts.

Finally, the whole kit was wrapped and placed in a wooden transport crate made of solid boards. The crate was appropriately labelled and prepared for loading onto the means of transport.

Thanks to comprehensive protection with protective films, a wooden platform, moisture absorbers and a robust transport crate, the SCM M2 was professionally prepared for safe transport. We have maintained the highest packaging standards, tailoring the methods to the specific requirements of this machine and the company’s recommendations.
