Packaging of industrial equipment for sea transport

In this order, we handled the complex securing and packaging of industrial equipment for shipping.

Description of the implementation of the order:

We started by carefully protecting the industrial equipment itself. First, we wrapped them in VCI film to protect them from corrosion during sea transport.We also placed moisture absorbers inside the packaging to keep them dry.

We then applied two layers of protective film – a bubble one to absorb any shocks and an ALU barrier one to prevent moisture ingress.

We placed the equipment thus secured on sturdy wooden platforms and attached them with Cordlash transport straps, preventing them from moving.

The next step was to make individual transport crates from solid planks, designed specifically for the shape and dimensions of each piece of equipment. We fitted a shock sensor and a tilt sensor to each crate. The former will allow us to monitor any bumps and shocks and the latter will monitor whether the crate has been tilted excessively, which could compromise the safety of the load.

Thus secured, the equipment was prepared for loading onto a ship and safe sea transport in accordance with the highest industry standards.
