Packaging of three tanks for road transport

We were awarded a contract for the complex packaging for road transport of three tanks. The execution of this project required us to use specialised packing and load securing methods.

We started by preparing the solid wooden bearings on which we placed the tanks. These stable bases provided adequate support for the heavy loads during transport.

We then carefully wrapped each tank with a special VCI film to protect the metal from corrosion. Another layer of protection was bubble wrap, providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.

We additionally wrapped the elements prepared in this way with heat-shrinkable film, which, when heated, conformed exactly to their shapes, creating airtight and compact weatherproof packaging.

Finally, we secured the tanks to the transport platforms with heavy-duty Cordlash straps. In addition, we used struts and restraints, immobilising the entire loads and preventing them from moving during road transport.

Thanks to such comprehensive protection, all three tanks will arrive safely at their destination, ready for further use by the customer. We met all the requirements of the customer, guaranteeing the highest level of cargo security during road transport.
