In this order, we handled the packing for sea transport of two bulky tanks. The scope of work we carried out included:

Description of the implementation of the order:
We began by carefully wrapping the tanks themselves in shrink wrap to provide protection against scratches, shock and moisture. The tanks were then secured to the ground with heavy-duty Cordlash transport straps, preventing them from moving during transport.
The next step was to load the secured tanks and stow them professionally in 40′ flat rack containers (40’FR). These containers have no side walls or roof, which facilitated the loading and unloading of the bulky cargo.
Finally, we made blocking from solid timber lumber certified by IPPC, confirming phytosanitary treatment in accordance with international standards. This blocking further immobilised the tanks inside the container.
With comprehensive protection using shrink wrap, transport straps, wooden blocking and specialised 40’FR containers, the tanks were professionally prepared for safe sea transport. We have maintained the highest packaging standards, tailoring methods to the specific requirements of this cargo.
