Packing a machine from the shipping automation department

In this order, we handled the packaging of a machine for sea transport. We carried out the work in Gdynia.

Description of the implementation of the order:

We started by carefully protecting the machine itself. First, we wrapped it in VCI film to protect it from corrosion during sea transport. We also placed moisture absorbers inside the packaging to keep it dry.

We then applied two layers of protective film – a bubble one to absorb any shocks and an ALU barrier one to prevent moisture ingress.

We placed the machine, secured in this way, on a sturdy wooden platform and fixed it in place with transport straps, preventing it from moving.

The final stage was the manufacture of a special openwork transport crate made of solid planks, designed individually for the shape and dimensions of the machine. The openwork construction of the crate ensures better ventilation and air circulation inside the packaging.

Thanks to comprehensive protection using various protective films, moisture absorbers and a robust transport crate, the machine from the automation department was professionally prepared for safe sea transport according to the Employer’s guidelines. We maintained the highest packaging standards, adapting the methods to the specific requirements of this machine.
