Our Projects
Packing into transport boxes for enclosures
Maritime transport, by its very nature, poses unique logistical challenges, especially for valuable and sensitive equipment.
Our most recent project involved the export packing of four control cabinets for ocean freight.

Description of the implementation of the order:
The packaging process began with careful preparation of the wooden packaging on site.
We started by laying out the box floors and covering them with protective layers, including ALU barrier film, VCI anti-corrosion film and bubble wrap. These layers provided comprehensive protection against moisture, corrosion and mechanical damage.
Inside each control cabinet, anti-corrosion capsules have been fitted to effectively eliminate the risk of internal corrosion. In addition, moisture absorbers have been placed on the exterior, which are crucial during shipping at sea, where variable weather conditions are often the norm.
The cabinets were carefully surrounded by VCI corrosion protection film to provide comprehensive corrosion protection and ALU barrier film. We then extracted the air, creating an airtight package that effectively insulates the cabinets from external influences.
Finally, we proceeded to install the box walls, which prevent the equipment from moving inside the boxes during transport. This is a key step in maintaining the integrity of the control cabinets.
At the end of the packing process, we built the cargo into wooden transport crates. The lids of the crates were carefully closed and marked with the appropriate transport signs, which is integral to ensuring safety during sea transport.
With careful attention to the packing process and the use of advanced techniques, we can guarantee our customers that their cargo will reach its destination in perfect condition thanks to our transport boxes.
