Packing the case for transport

We were commissioned to package two enclosures and one layout for transport. This project required us to use specialised methods to secure the loads.

We began by carefully wrapping the enclosures themselves with a layer of protective bubble wrap, providing excellent protection against mechanical damage. We then protected them with a special VCI film, protecting the metal from corrosion. We also placed moisture absorbers inside the packaging, eliminating the risk of condensation.

We wrapped the enclosures thus prepared in stretch film, giving them a compact and stable form. We then secured them on transport platforms, preventing them from moving. Each case was packed in an individually designed wooden transport box.

We mounted the layout on a separate platform, securing it against movement. It was then packed in a custom-designed wooden openwork transport box to allow ventilation of the load.

Thanks to such comprehensive protection, the enclosures and layout will arrive safely at their destination, ready for further use by the customer. We have met all of the customer’s requirements, guaranteeing the highest level of cargo security during transport.
